Welcome to UNBROKEN. By using our website, booking a service, or visiting our studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all tattoo services offered by UNBROKEN, whether booked online, over the phone, or in person.

2. Age Requirements

  • Tattoos: You must be at least 18 years old. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.

  • The minimum age for a tattoo is 16 years old, with a parents consent, a parents presence, and 2 valid forms of ID from each of you.

3. Booking & Deposits

  • All bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your service.

  • Deposits may be forfeited if you cancel without proper notice or fail to show up.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment.

  • Rescheduling within the notice period allows your deposit to transfer to the new date.

  • Cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

5. Health & Safety

  • All clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the procedure or healing process.

  • UNBROKEN reserves the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or safety.

7. Artistic Discretion

  • Our artists have the right to decline any design, placement, or request that they feel is unsafe, offensive, or outside of their expertise.

  • Final tattoo results may vary depending on many factors such as, skin type, healing, and aftercare.

8. Aftercare Responsibility

  • Proper aftercare is essential to the healing and longevity of your tattoo.

  • We will provide verbal aftercare instructions at your appointment and emailed instructions afterwards.  Failure to follow them may affect results, for which we are not responsible.

9. Payments

  • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Service fees are due in full on the day of your appointment.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork created by our artists remains the intellectual property of UNBROKEN and the artist.

  • Designs may not be reproduced, altered, or copied without written permission.

11. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or engage in activity that disrupts our services.

  • Prices, policies, and availability listed on this website and in studio are subject to change without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • UNBROKEN and its artists are not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or adverse results due to undisclosed medical conditions, improper aftercare, or personal negligence.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
